10. Hogs do not finish in the bottom 3 of the SEC West

The bottom of the SEC West will be tightly contested by three teams this year. Fans expect Arkansas, Texas A&M, and Ole Miss to be the three teams that finish at the bottom, especially with how good Mississippi State could do.

Yet, Arkansas has a great opportunity to get out of the cellar if they take care of business against both Ole Miss and Texas A&M and they upset LSU. One key point in the season comes when the Hogs face the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.

Arkansas has a break between the Ole Miss and LSU games with one of the worst teams in the FBS in Coastal Carolina sandwiched in the middle. That will not only help Arkansas get a break from tough competition, it’ll help build momentum.
