8. Bret Bielema wins seven games

This Arkansas team is starting to become accustomed to mediocrity most seasons. Bret Bielema keeps them in contention for a bowl game and wins a few games in the SEC every year, but they’re really never at the top of the conference standings.

With a senior quarterback, experienced secondary, and deep backfield, it looks like the Hogs are primed for a better run in 2017. Their loss to TCU was disappointing, especially by a 21-point margin. But that is a good TCU football team.

Arkansas will get to six wins easily during the regular season and the level of play they have faced since Week 1 will prepare them enough to take down whichever opponent they face in their bowl game.

Bielema is a consistent and entertaining coach. He just needs to start winning more games with Arkansas. Consistently improving that number to seven and then maybe more next year would make Arkansas fans very happy.
