2. Bryce Love won’t be stopped by Arizona State defense

Is there anyone in college football that can stop Bryce Love right now? Stanford’s talented junior running back is making fans forget all about Christian McCaffrey — at least for the time being. The Cardinal have played just four games this season and he’s already creeping closer to the 800-yard mark.

In fact, Love has rushed for 787 yards and five touchdowns on 10.8 yards per carry. You read that correctly, he’s averaging an astounding 10.8 yards per touch. That’s unheard of this far into a season. Usually you see top-tier running backs start the year with yards per carry averages from 6-7, but over 10? Crazy.

Arizona State ranks 76th in the country against the run, allowing 155.5 yards per game on the ground. While Rashaad Penny of San Diego State and Royce Freeman of Oregon contributed to this number, Love is on a different level.

The Sun Devils won’t be able to slow down the Cardinal run game led by Love who will reach 200 yards yet again. He will have a nice complementary back behind him, too, as Cameron Scarlett will reach 50 yards.
