3. Running back depth will overwhelm Gamecocks

Texas A&M did a number to South Carolina on the ground last week. The Aggies totaled 237 rushing yards and three touchdowns including an impressive 4.8 yards per carry. All that was done while Mond led Texas A&M in rushing yards.

Arkansas boasts just as good of a stable of running backs as the Aggies. Texas A&M has Trayveon Williams, Keith Ford, and Kendall Bussey. Meanwhile, the Hogs have Whaley, Williams, and Hayden.

As long as Allen manages to not turn the ball over, then the Arkansas offense should be able to stay on the field for most of the game. Whaley’s emergence will help that immensely. Hayden and Williams are also good changes of pace.

The Arkansas receiving corps has dealt with a ton of injuries this year. Senior wide receiver Jared Cornelius will miss the rest of the season. And, Brandon Martin could return to action after a hamstring injury sidelined him.
