4. Lamar Jackson will still be Lamar Jackson

When you think of Louisville football, the first person that comes to mind is Heisman-winning quarterback Lamar Jackson. He is a walking highlight reel and that won’t change during the month of October. He will have some video game-type numbers even if I’m picking this team to lose at least a game within the next 30 days.

Louisville losing won’t be because of Jackson’s play regressing, that’s for sure. So expect the junior to add to his already great stats. He has shown improvement in the pocket and is rising on the NFL mock drafts each week, solid play this month should do nothing, but help the rise of the most dynamic player in college football (Saquon Barkley is a close second, but I’m not here for this argument).

Jackson is Louisville’s leading rusher with 437 yards and five touchdowns (also leads to the team). He currently has 1,636 yards passing, 13 touchdowns and three interceptions with 64 percent completion rate.

Louisville will play three tough road games this month and his stats will grow. This is the quarterback’s world and we are just in it. Don’t blame Jackson, Louisville fans. Don’t blame Jackson.
