The AP Poll continues to see a shift with a few top teams falling in Week 7. Here’s a look at the Week 8 winners and losers.

Four teams in the AP Poll Top 10 fell in Week 7, making room for a potential darkhorse in the College Football Playoff. There are now eight undefeated teams remaining in the FBS after top teams took their first loss of the year.

The AP Poll saw a serious shake-up as some new blood climbed up the Top 25 rankings. The Miami Hurricanes are the No. 8 team with a 5-0 record. They are the only undefeated team left in the ACC.

The Clemson Tigers fell 27-24 to the Syracuse Orange on Friday night. After them, the Washington State Cougars fell to the California Golden Bears, 37-3. It was quite the experience on Friday the 13th.

On the winning side of things, the Oklahoma State Cowboys climbed back into the Top 10 in the AP Poll as the No. 10 team. The TCU Horned Frogs climbed in the Top 5 as the No. 4 ranked team in Week 8.

The intrigue continues as the top five teams in the AP Poll are all undefeated. TCU finds themselves as the new favorite in the Big 12 after making easy work of the Kansas State Wildcats, 26-6.

That’s where this week’s edition of AP Poll winners and losers begins as the TCU Horned Frogs continue to win games in convincing fashion.
