5. Mason Rudolph has another 400-yard performance

Oklahoma State’s superstar senior quarterback Mason Rudolph is putting up another crazy stat line this year. Rudolph has thrown for nearly 2,400 yards and 19 touchdowns with only four interceptions. TCU caused two of those four picks as well.

Rudolph is sure to be motivated to keep the Pokes alive for the rest of the season as another loss would pretty much eliminate them from College Football Playoff contention. And, he did not have his best effort against TCU, Oklahoma State’s one defeat.

The last time that Rudolph visited DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium was a struggle for him. He was held under 300 passing yards with only one touchdown and two interceptions. Yet, Rudolph has improved a great deal since his sophomore campaign.

His sneaky running ability could neutralize the threat from the Texas defense. Offensive coordinator Mike Yurcich is sure to mix in some running plays for Rudolph to catch the Horns off guard.
