Missouri got a much needed win for their program, but it wasn’t enough to move them from the bottom of our rankings just yet. The Tigers did exactly what they do in non-conference games, which is to dominate and have a high flying offense. Until Missouri shows that they can get those results against an SEC team, and get a win, they’ll continue to find themselves in the bottom of the conference.

With that said, this game showed what Missouri can do good things on offense. Their defense still leaves plenty to be desired but from an offensive perspective you couldn’t ask for much more. This team put up 28 points on Georgia, the most any team has all year to this point. The potential is there, the Tigers just have to put it all together; the Idaho game was a step in the right direction.

I debated moving Arkansas down to the No. 14 spot but as of now something tells me they would probably beat Missouri, so here sits the Razorbacks at No. 13. Arkansas has been a major disappointment this season and that continued in their blowout loss to Auburn. The offense has not been as productive on the ground all year and the loss of Austin Allen to injury has affected the Razorbacks as well.

Arkansas gets a break in the coming week when they face Ole Miss. The Rebels have one of the worst run defenses in the country and the game will present the Razorbacks with an opportunity to get their run game going. As of now its hard to picture Arkansas making a bowl game, as well as the fate of Bret Bielema looking more and more grim.
