Clemson football received an extra week to prepare to return from a loss, as the Tigers host Georgia Tech Saturday night.

Back on Friday the 13th, the defending national champions were stunned by Syracuse on the road, falling 27-24 to the Orange.

Head coach Dabo Swinney and company were given two-plus weeks to stew on the loss and prepare for the triple-option attack of the Yellow Jackets and Paul Johnson.

It will also be interesting to follow the health of starting quarterback Kelly Bryant. Deshaun Watson’s replacement suffered an ankle injury vs. Wake Forest and was knocked from the game at Syracuse with a concussion.

This marks a key swing-game in the season for Clemson, as they have to travel to surprising ACC leader NC State next week before returning home with struggling rival Florida State.

Georgia Tech, meanwhile, rebounded from a one-point loss to Miami with a 38-24 victory over Wake Forest last week. The Yellow Jackets are 4-1 since a loss to Tennessee in double-overtime to begin the season.

Here are three bold predictions between Clemson and Georgia Tech.
