4. Notre Dame has rebounded since falling to Georgia in Week 2

The Fighting Irish are 6-1 on the season. Their only loss came to Georgia in the final minutes of Week 2. Looking back now, as the Bulldogs sit at 7-0 and in the top four, it doesn’t seem like that loss is too bad for their strength of schedule.

Just take a look at the highlights from the Irish’s big win against USC. This doesn’t look like the same team that fell to Georgia a handful of weeks ago. This looks like a team ready to take on the world and any team in their path. Of course the strength of schedule isn’t all that great, all things considered, but a win over NC State could boost their resume.

Like I mentioned before, Notre Dame is winning big week in and week out since their one point loss to Georgia. They have not looked back to that loss once, choosing to move on to bigger and better games for lack of better phrasing. Their goal is to go 1-0 every week and it shows on the field. Look for this rebound effort to continue against NC State as the Fighting Irish continue to climb the rankings.
