College football is past the midway point and NFL evaluators have started to narrow down their prospect lists. Here is the latest NFL Mock Draft after Week 9.

The Texans drafted Deshaun Waston out of Clemson and the Chiefs went with Texas Tech gunslinger Patrick Mahomes.

Guys like Josh Rosen and Sam Darnold were front-runners for the top selection entering the season, but Rosen has had some struggles with decision-making and Darnold has just looked bad under the spotlight. With those two having tough starts to the season a new name has emerged atop this week’s mock draft and he’s not a quarterback.
