1. There was a silver lining despite the loss

This entire post has been negative and degrading to the Aggies as a whole. However, there is a silver lining in all of this. This team is the definition of young. They have a long way to go and quite a bit of time to learn the ropes. The Aggies have true freshman or sophomores up and down the field making plays. They aren’t consistent by any stretch of the imagination, but they are growing and that is all the Aggies can ask for at this point.

In the picture below is Anthony Hines and Camron Buckley. Both have made significant contributions so far this season. Check out this video from Saturday night of Buckley dragging a defender with him into the end zone. He would not be denied and that should be a bright spot for Aggie fans.

This team has a lot of young guns just waiting for a chance to take College Station by storm. It may not be this year, but Texas A&M could be a strong team in the next couple seasons. Keep an eye on the true freshmen in Aggieland — they are changing the culture one snap at a time.
