2. Kyle Kempt will have his worst game yet

In the beginning of the season, Jacob Park was the signal-caller in Aimes. He didn’t play horribly but he didn’t play great. He threw for nine touchdowns, five interceptions and went 2-2. Before the Oklahoma game, head coach Matt Campbell gave the keys to Kyle Kempt.

Kempt has been the Iowa State quarterback since the Oklahoma upset. In his first two games, he had zero interceptions but in the last two games, he has thrown two.

And this game against the Mountaineers he will have his first multiple-interception game and he will throw for less than his season average.

Every quarterback that has come to Morgantown, has thrown for at least one touchdown and less than their season average. Kyle Kempt will not be the exception.

Kempt is a promising quarterback, but I think he might have some difficulty with the noise in West Virginia and the unorthodox defense the Mountaineers always play. They love to blitz and pressure quarterbacks into bad throws. On Saturday, Kempt will take the bait and throw some balls into West Virginia coverage.
