Once again Alabama football finds themselves at the top heading into the final stretch. The Tide will host LSU on Saturday night looking to stay atop the SEC.
It is no secret that Alabama is good at football. In fact, it is not even surprising that they are once again undefeated heading into Week 10. So far in SEC play, the Tide has outscored opponents 238-38. No that is not a typo, that is just the truth. This Tide is firing on all cylinders. Don’t believe me? Jalen Hurts and Damien Harris have been lethal with their legs and Hurts has found a plethora of receivers to throw touchdown passes to. The defense is consistently turning turnovers into points and that is the key to success on the football field.
On the other side of the ball, LSU is looking for their first win over Alabama in six straight meetings. The Tigers are 6-2 on the season with losses to Mississippi State and Troy marring what could have been. All things considered though, this team has made a huge turn around from the start of the season and will look to play spoiler for the Tide as they did with Auburn a few weeks ago.
