After taking consecutive trips to Big Ten country ESPN’s College GameDay is headed south to Oklahoma for Week 10. This is their first trip to Stillwater this season, and that’s a tame destination compared to some of their more interesting locals.

At this point in the season College GameDay has been just about everywhere. They started the year at a neutral site game in Week 1 to see Alabama take on Florida State. From there they hit the Big Apple in Week 4, traveling to NYC for their first time. The crew has also done a FCS game this year, visiting James Madison in Week 7 to see them face Villanova.

The Week 10 show is in Stillwater, Oklahoma for what could be part one of two Bedlam contests in 2017. Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard and Lee Corso are all on set as usual. This week, joining the College GameDay crew will be College GameDay guest picker Thurman Thomas.

Thomas is one of the greatest players in Oklahoma State history. He ran for 4,847 yards and 43 touchdowns over a four year career in the Big 8. He went on to be a second round pick of the Buffallo Bills. Thomas has a 12 year NFL career with the Bills and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2007.

Thomas joins an impressive list of 2017 guest pickers:

  • Sam Hunt – Week 1
  • Eddie George – Week 2
  • Rick Pitino – Week 3
  • Keegan-Michael Key – Week 4
  • Bruce Smith – Week 5
  • Tim McGraw – Week 6
  • James Madison – Week 7
  • Ki-Jana Carter – Week 8
  • Jack Nicklaus – Week 9

Tim McGraw leads the way with nine correct selections. Will a former college star be able to take the crown for the 2017 season? He’ll have his work cut out for him in Week 10.

Week 10 features seven games between two ranked opponents. That’s tied for the most such games in any week in college football history. If Thomas is going to match Hunt he’ll have to correctly pick games like No. 7 Penn State at No. 24 Michigan State, No. 19 LSU at No. 2 Alabama and No. 13 at No. 10 Miami. Good luck!
