2. Benny Snell is the best player on Kentucky’s roster, no question

Wow. That is all I have to say watching Benny Snell against the Ole Miss defense. Snell racked up 176 yards and three touchdowns in the Wildcats losing effort against the Rebels. He looked a bit banged up as the game came to a close, but of course so did the entire team. Quarterback Stephen Johnson all but put the game in Snell’s hands and he delivered for sure. It wasn’t enough, but he did all that he could.

The Wildcats fell to 3-3 on the season inside the SEC, but that is not for lack of trying on the offensive side of the ball. Snell did everything he could to keep this team in it, including the touchdown that for a bit put the Wildcats up and looked as if would put a win on ice for them.

That may not have been the case, but you must give props where props are due and Snell deserves a helmet sticker and more for his performance against Ole Miss on Saturday afternoon.
