3. Myles Gaskin and Dante Pettis are carrying the offense

With Browning having a few down games, someone had to pick up the pace. Junior running back Myles Gaskin has been extremely hot of late with four performances of at least 113 yards in the last six games.

Moreover, senior wide receiver Dante Pettis is a threat in multiple aspects of the game including special teams and pass catching. Pettis caught four passes for 87 yards and one touchdown to lead all Washington receivers.

Meanwhile, Gaskin averaged 7.2 yards per carry while rushing for 123 yards and one touchdown of his own. Lavon Coleman has not lived up to the hype this year with what was supposed to be a potent running back duo with Gaskin.

Browning’s 11 completions for only 204 yards and two touchdowns and also one interception did enough to get it done. However, the final three games against Stanford, Utah, and Washington State are going to need Gaskin and Pettis to continue to step up to help Browning.
