Michigan State is riding high coming off its upset over Penn State. Can they replicate that success against Ohio State football? Here are my bold predictions.

The Michigan State Spartans pulled off an incredible 27-24 upset win over the Penn State Nittany Lions in Week 10. The 7-2 Spartans are now ranked No. 22 by Bill C’s S&P+ and are boasting a ninth overall defense in the S&P+ rankings.

Michigan State suffered its two losses to Northwestern and Notre Dame in what has been a rollercoaster Big Ten season. Mark Dantonio finally has the offense moving the football with Brian throwing for over 2,200 yards and 16 touchdowns with five interceptions.

The Spartans have relied heavily on junior wide receiver Felton Davis III. He has 586 receiving yards and eight touchdowns this season. Running Back LJ Scott has struggled, rushing for 500 yards on 4.4 per carry.

The Ohio State Buckeyes enter Week 11 ranked second in the S&P+. Ohio State is sitting at 7-2, with losses to Iowa and Oklahoma on the year. Iowa blew the doors off the Ohio State defense, which is ranked 20th by the S&P+. JT Barrett struggled mightily at quarterback for OSU against the Hawkeyes, throwing for four of his five interceptions on the season to the Iowa defense.

Barrett, a senior from Texas, has thrown for 2,300 yards and 28 touchdowns on the season. He has also carried the load on the ground for Ohio State. He has ran for 517 yards and five touchdowns with only 18 carries less than standout running back JK Dobbins. The freshman has ran for 914 yards on 7.7 yards per carry adding five touchdowns himself.

Here are my three bold predictions for the Spartans at the Buckeyes in Week 11.
