Texas A&M football should earn their sixth win of the season against New Mexico in Week 11. Here are three bold predictions for the Aggies on Saturday.

November arrived on schedule in College Station, Texas. After beginning the season 4-1, then 5-2, the Aggies entered their last home slate of the season teetering on the brink of uncertainty. Unfortunately for Kevin Sumlin and the Aggies their situation isn’t quite so uncertain any more.

Texas A&M lost their last game of October 14-35 against Mississippi State before dropping their November opener against Auburn 27-42. Aggie fans have seen this movie before, and there might not be enough time to flip the script.

Kevin Sumlin can’t move heaven and earth on Saturday. What he can do is win. The game marks the final contest called by legendary broadcaster Dave South and the stadium will be packed to the brim, just like always. Then the team will hit the road for two more games to end the 2017 regular season, first against Ole Miss before ending against LSU in Death Valley.

ESPN’s FPI gives New Mexico (3-6) only a 7.0 percent chance to pulling the upset. As badly as the Aggies have struggled even they aren’t troubled enough to drop a home game against a non-conference opponent this underwhelming.
