The ACC gets their turn on center stage. In the last few weeks College GameDay has featured Penn State twice and spent Week 10 at the Bedlam rivalry game between Oklahoma and Oklahoma State.
College GameDay has been to Florida yet this year, but they’ve been just about everywhere else. They started the year at the Alabama-Florida State game in Atlanta. Since then they’ve visited New York City in Week 4 and taken a trip to a FCS school, visiting James Madison in Week 7.
As always there will be one new face joining the GameDay cast of Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard and Lee Corso. The Week 11 College Gameday guest picker is former New York Yankee infielder and current Miami Marlins owner Alex Rodriguez.
At this point in the season the array of guest pickers is quite vast. Music stars Sam Hunt (Week 1) and Tim McGraw (Week 6) have been featured as have famous football stars Eddie George (Week 2), Bruce Smith (Week 5) and Ki-Jana Carter (Week 8). Rick Pitino (Week 3), Keegan-Michael Key (Week 5), James Madison (Week 7) and Jack Nicklaus (Week 9) have also been guests this season.
The best mark of the season was set by Tim McGraw who correctly predicted nine games. Matching that mark in Week 11 will be challenging considering the slate of excellent games the crew will pick.
