College Football Bowl Games 2017: Week 12 projections
By Zach Bigalke
Week 1: Bowl games from Dec. 16 through Dec. 21
The first week of the postseason always features some bowl games that end up being some of the most exciting contests of December. This year, we will see some teams make the postseason that haven’t been bowling in a while.
The first week of games should include some solid highlights. After missing out on a New Year’s Six bid to the American Athletic Conference champion, Boise State will make yet another trip to Sin City where they will face Arizona State in the Las Vegas Bowl. We will also see UAB’s return to a bowl game after returning to play this season, along with a showdown between Sun Belt champion Troy and C-USA winner Florida Atlantic.
