Wisconsin, here’s your shot. The Badgers, one of four undefeated teams still standing, has yet to crack the College Football Playoff Top 4. One of the reasons for that is their lack of big wins. They’ll get their chance to make a statement against Michigan in Week 12.

This is one of several Big Ten trips for College GameDay this season. The show has been just about everywhere along the course of the season. They began at a neutral site game between Alabama and Florida State. They visited FCS James Madison in Week 7 and even took a trip to New York City in Week 4.

Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard and Lee Corso will be welcomed, as they are every week, with one new face on the set. The Week 12 College Gameday guest picker is Craig T. Nelson. You might recognize him from his film work in Incredibles or the popular TV show Parenthood.

The list of guests is getting longer and more distinguished. Last weekend Alex Rodriguez, former New York Yankees star, joined the crew in Miami. They’ve also had sports figures Eddie George (Week 2), Rick Pitino (Week 3), Bruce Smith (Week 5), Ki-Jana Carter (Week 8) and Jack Nicklaus (Week 9) join the show this season.

Outside of the sports realm Sam Hunt (Week 1), Keegan-Michael  Key (Week 5) and Tim McGraw (Week 6)  have represented the entertainment stars. And then there was a rather peculiar visit be James Madison (Week 7) himself.

Tim McGraw correctly predicted nine games. That’s a high bar, but if anyone is going to match it this might be the right week. Outside of No. 25 Michigan visiting No. 5 Wisconsin there are a lot more games with double-digit spreads than close ones. There will be some hidden gems uncovered along the way, but this looks to be a fairly simple slate going into the weekend.
