For all the talk of Central Florida and how being undefeated doesn’t mean much, check this out.

The American Athletic Conference currently has three teams ranked in the Associated Press Top-25. The Atlantic Coast Conference features three.

Does that mean the AAC is better than the ACC? Of course not. But discounting the fact that the Knights and head coach Scott Frost have played each team on their schedule and come out with a victory does mean something.

If Central Florida finishes things off and goes unbeaten, there is no doubt they should be included for the New Year’s bowl games. That will give them – provided Frost is still around – the chance to show the nation just what UCF football is all about.
