1. Communication with players needs work

First and foremost, communication is something that Chip Kelly needs to improve on from his past experiences in the NFL. Arguably, the NFL may have been the problem. He does seem to feel more comfortable dealing with kids versus men.

Rumors were swirling in Philadelphia and San Francisco that he was difficult to play for. Players like LeSean McCoy have voiced their displeasure on how Chip Kelly has issues relating to players in the NFL. The SEC is as close to the NFL as far as media coverage and player relations.

In any event, he will have to adapt to the SEC. The question is, will he become open to the idea that his methods need an upgrade? Kelly is smart and knows how to coach. Furthermore, he has won in different places.

Ironically, it’s gonna be the little things that may irk some of the Florida faithful.

The Florida Gators are gonna have a new coach soon. Kelly may love the idea of coaching in Gainesville but will Gainesville love the idea of having him?
