Texas A&M football once again closes its season with a big matchup against LSU. Here’s everything you need to know about the big game.
The Aggies are covering ESPN headlines once again, but not exactly for the best of reasons. They are likely letting head coach Kevin Sumlin go and as a result are reportedly in search of a new head coach. Texas A&M is once again staring an 8-4 season in the face and fans are quite unhappy with the product on the field. Not exactly what you want to be in the news for heading into a matchup with a team the Aggies have yet to beat since joining the SEC.
On the other side, LSU is seemingly figuring life out and putting a strong season together. They have rebounded from a loss to Mississippi State and have been productive week in and week out since. They present a real struggle for the Aggies, especially for a game played in Death Valley.
The game will be quite a big one and here’s how you can watch it:
Date: Saturday Nov. 25
Time: 7:30 pm ET
Location: Baton Rouge, La.
Venue: Tiger Stadium
Network: SEC Network
Live Stream: WatchESPN
Keys to Victory
For Texas A&M, the key will be to shut down the LSU running attack. They will need to stop Derrius Guice. The young running back has been extremely successful in the past few years, especially against Texas A&M. That likely won’t change on Saturday night, but we shall see what happens. The Aggies will also need to keep pressure on Danny Etling, pushing the Tigers into 3rd and long situations.
For LSU, it will be about keeping the Aggie defense off balance. They will need to avoid the pressure that the Aggies showed against Ole Miss a week ago as they shut down the Rebels in the second half of their match up. Danny Etling will have to be consistent through out the game and use the weapons he has to make things happen.

Prediction
This will be a happy Saturday if you are a Tiger fan. The LSU Tigers have owned the Aggies since 2011 and I don’t see that changing any time soon. Nick Starkel will have a strong game, however it will not be enough to overcome the strength of offense that LSU has. Danny Etling and Derrius Guice will have a field day in the second half as the Aggies break down once again. The loss all but confirms Kevin Sumlin leaving Texas A&M and a change will be made before Monday.
Final Score: LSU 28, Texas A&M 17
