The Week 14 College Football Playoff rankings are set to be released, but who will land in the top four this time around?

Week 13 gave the college fan base a lot of chaos and I’m personally here for it. Miami, Alabama and Notre Dame got handled during the last regular season of the year. Will championship week be just as exciting?

Check out who are the top four should be this week.

4. Auburn Tigers

This program has the most impressive victory of Week 13 knocking off a then No. 1 Alabama, 26-14. A few weeks earlier, the Tigers defeated a then-undefeated Georgia team that was, at the time, either No.1 or No. 2 depending on the poll.

Auburn has been on fire; the Tigers lucked out by facing both teams at home as both of their losses are on the road to Clemson and LSU. Honestly, how did they lose to LSU? I need answers. The Clemson game you can respect, but LSU knocking them off is questionable.

To beat Alabama you have to have a solid quarterback and sophomore Jarrett Stidham showed out for his home crowd with a 21-for-28 passing, 237-yard performance and tacked on 51 yards and one rushing touchdown. Stidham made big play after big play to help keep ‘Bama’s defense off balance.

Junior running back Kerryon Johnson also was a huge factor in helping Auburn pull off the slight upset. He rushed for 104 yards and one touchdown and he also threw for one touchdown a la Tim Tebow with a jump pass. Once that play was executed, everyone knew it was going to be a crazy game.

Auburn’s defense held ‘Bama under 400 total yards and while the running game did well, it was able to make the offense grind on a consistent basis.

The Tigers now have a rematch with Georgia coming up Week 14 in the SEC Championship. Will they be able to dog walk them (see what I did there?) next week?
