Boise State football looks to rebound from its Week 13 loss to Fresno State as it takes on the Bulldogs in a rare college football double-header.

Due to agreements to keep Boise State in the Mountain West Conference, the Broncos will welcome No. 25 Fresno State to Albertsons Stadium for the Mountain West Championship Game despite losing the tiebreaker to the Bulldogs. After falling to Fresno 28-17 in last week’s road matchup, head coach Bryan Harsin and Co. will be looking for revenge in more favorable territory.

However, given the similar quarterback play from both teams, this game is anything but a given. After playing each other 15 times in a row from 2001-14, the series took a two year break heading into 2017. Therefore neither program truly has a good feel for the other, setting Saturday’s contest up to be a good one.

This will be the second time these two teams will square off in a championship game after meeting in the regular season, as the Broncos took down the Bulldogs in the 2014 championship following an earlier matchup in October. With plenty on the line for both teams, here are three bold predictions as Boise clashes with Fresno in Week 14 of the college football season.
