Championship week should prove to be a fun one. What teams are playing spoiler to favorites?

It has been another fantastic college football season, but we are now down to championship week. There are great games across the board and the Power Five championship games, outside of probably the Pac-12 title game, all have playoff implications. Even the Group of Five championship games have intrigue so it is a good week to be picking upsets.

Last week was another down week in upset picks, but we did manage to correctly pick the Auburn upset of Alabama. The Iron Bowl did not disappoint and with the result, this year’s playoff may be the first without the Crimson Tide. Even in the playoff’s infancy, a year without Alabama playing for it all would feel strange. A good strange if you are not a Bama fan of course, but strange nonetheless.

So much at stake this weekend between conference titles, playoff bids, and big bowl invites. By Sunday afternoon, we will know the entire fallout from what takes place on Friday and Saturday. No matter what happens, there will be teams feeling jilted once everything is doled out on Sunday. As for the upset picks, Sportsbook Review provides the odds as usual.
