Like most of the early signees for the Bruins, Bryan Addison reigns from California. The incoming freshman athlete has the potential to be a special two-way player for UCLA. Chip Kelly was able to land the in-state star who ranks No. 79 overall in the country and is the 2018 class’ top athlete, according to 247Sports.

Addison has the ability to play safety and wide receiver, but his immediate future for the Bruins is likely the latter. He stands 6-foot-5 and weighs 180 pounds and is a freakish athlete with impressive hands and speed.

This was another case of Kelly winning over a local recruit who was also looking at USC and it just goes to show how impressive of a recruiter he is, even in limited time. Addison can be a player who comes in and helps out whoever starts at quarterback, most likely Devon Modster.
