2. The Missouri Tigers are simply rolling and clicking on all cylinders

The Missouri Tigers started this season 1-5 in what was setting up to be yet another abysmal season in Columbia. However, they turned everything around and have since been on a six game win streak pushing them to 7-5 on the season, looking for their eighth win of the season. In the streak, as discussed above, brought Drew Lock the SEC passing touchdown record.

On the flip side, Texas is looking for a winning season as they sit at 6-6 after a loss to Texas Tech. Late turnovers and lack of productive offense have had the Longhorns reeling for any kind of success under first year head coach Tom Herman. Missouri head coach Barry Odom is very confident that they will continue their hot streak and find themselves in the victory circle on Wednesday night.

How much truth that has is yet to be seen, but I believe that the past few weeks seem to favor the Tigers in a big way.
