1. Drew Lock should return to Mizzou for his senior season.

This was not at all Drew Lock’s best game. He turned the ball over quite a few times. He seemed to focus on the ground game more than the established passing game and allowed the Longhorn’s pressure to get to him early and often. However, what he did do is lead his team on a six game win streak after starting 1-5 on the season. Those numbers don’t happen by accident. That doesn’t happen without talent and fight.

Drew Lock was one of the best quarterbacks this season and no one was talking about him. Another season in college football could allow him to be the most talked about starter in the game in 2018 and truly increase his draft stock. Right now, the focus sits on Lamar Jackson, Josh Rosen and so many others. If Lock were to stick around another year, the 2019 draft could be all his.

This is a completely different Missouri team without Lock in 2018. Missouri fans everywhere are crossing their fingers and hoping to God that Lock decides to come back. In my opinion, it will be his best option, though he has a bit to make the decision official.
