Georgia football opened their game against Alabama with more passing plays than expected, prompting Lane Kiffin to give Kirby Smart some advice.

Lane Kiffin is notorious for his Twitter shenanigans. The former Alabama offensive coordinator has not been shy in voicing his issues with his former employer. Saban’s stringency didn’t sit well with Kiffin, and while he might like many of the players, it’s safe to say he’s not rooting for Saban to win his sixth National Title.
In order to ensure that his old boss doesn’t tie Bear Bryant for the most titles in college football history, Kiffin started tweeting advice to Georgia. Their current head coach, Kirby Smart, was on staff in Tuscaloosa with Kiffin before taking over in Athens.
Kiffin’s advice to Smart was pretty simple:
Georgia. Run the ball!!!

Now, Smart didn’t take his phone out on the sideline and check Twitter, but he did make an adjustment in his play calling. That fix wasn’t missed by Kiffin, who quickly voiced his approval minutes later.
Thx for listening!! It's not that hard

While Georgia does battle with Alabama for the National Championship, Kiffin appears to be having a good laugh. The current FAU head coach just signed a 10-year deal, keeping him with the Owls for presumably as long as he’d like. While he’s ventured outside of the blue blood programs, he’s stayed active on social media. Kiffin’s championship tweets are mild compared to his usual antics.
Kiffin isn’t likely to stop there. He’ll be giving both teams his unfiltered feedback throughout the game. It might be worth pulling up his timeline and following along as the game continues on. No matter how much action occurs on the gridiron, Kiffin’s tweet are sure to entertain.
