Coming off their first win in SEC action under Chad Morris, Arkansas will have a little confidence under its belt and it will be one victory away from postseason eligibility. Unfortunately, it will have to travel to Baton Rouge to try and attain that final win, and it won’t be easy against a defensive power like LSU.

The Tigers might be losing some key defensive talent from the 2017 squad, but Ed Orgeron’s team is reloading and it will be back to its normal ways.

Offensively, Danny Etling is gone and the Tigers can finally rely on former four-star quarterback Myles Brennan who could bring this offense back to prominence. He might have a sluggish first year as the starting quarterback, but he will have a heck of a game against the Razorbacks and that struggling defense. He’ll pass for over 250 yards and a couple of touchdowns in this one.

That’s all LSU will need as the Tigers will shut down the Razorbacks’ offense. If there’s one concern for the Tigers this season, though, it’s the run game. Derrius Guice is gone and so is backup Darrel Williams. Who steps up and becomes the starter?

Final Score: Arkansas 10, LSU 24 (5-5, 1-5 SEC)
