Look, another game Michigan has been circling on its calendar ever since the loss in Happy Valley last season. Actually, it was more of a slaughter than a loss as the Nittany Lions took it to the Wolverines, 42-13.

Gone is Saquon Barkley, though, which is great news for the Wolverines as he’s probably caused a lot of nightmares ever since that Oct. 21 matchup. Moreover, Michigan will be coming off a bye week in order to prepare for this home game and will also be angry following a loss to Michigan State in a high-intensity, emotional game.

Penn State is going to wish that it was back in Happy Valley as the Nittany Lions will get Michigan’s best effort, leading to a crucial win for the Wolverines.

Trace McSorley will have a decent game with 200 yards but he’ll throw a back-breaking interception late and will fumble in the first half leading to a big Michigan score. Shea Patterson will have another big game both with his legs and arm.

Michigan will need a win in this one and the Wolverines will rise to the occasion.

Final Score: Penn State 20, Michigan 35 (7-2, 5-1 Big Ten)
