Michigan State has this game circled on its calendars, and you could argue the Buckeyes do, too. Ohio State and Michigan State have had some classic battles over the years, more than can be said for the Buckeyes versus Michigan. However, last year’s matchup was especially painful for the Spartans, losing 48-3.

Revenge is on the mind and this one will be played in East Lansing, but that’s not exactly a guaranteed win in this rivalry. The road team is usually competitive but these two teams will duke it out in one of the best games of the season in Week 11.

Brian Lewerke will prove to be one of the Big Ten’s best quarterbacks with a bounce-back performance to shut out what happened in 2017 against the Buckeyes. He’ll pass for 250 yards and a couple of touchdowns while rushing for another 50. LJ Scott will also have a strong performance, but the Buckeyes will have the last laugh again.

Urban Meyer’s teams don’t get rattled easily, especially on the road at Michigan State. He’ll lead the Buckeyes to an impressive road win to bolster that College Football Playoff resume and it’ll come down to a last-second field goal for the Buckeyes and a windmill celebration by Sean Nuernberger to boot.

Final Score: Ohio State 31, Michigan State 28 (9-1, 6-1 Big Ten)
