Ole Miss does return a good portion of their offensive line depth from a season ago. However, the offense line that the Rebels had was not the best that the SEC had to show. They could use some bolstering come the 2018 season.

As of now, the Rebels only have one offensive lineman committed in this class. And, that offensive lineman is a three-star tackle that might not have a huge effect on the program long-term. Four-star guard Tank Jenkins is the type of lineman that could really help the Rebels.

With a rebuilding offense, likely around either Corral or Ta’amu, the Rebels should start by building a solid foundation on the offensive line. That makes everything else fall into place a lot easier for the surrounding positions.

Jenkins has the size required, at 325 pounds, to start in either his freshman or sophomore year for the Rebels. He has not committed anywhere yet. Ole Miss is among the favorites to land Jenkins. The Oklahoma Sooners and Auburn Tigers are the two most likely destinations for Jenkins, though.
