This 5-foot-10 athlete would be a gem of a find for the Bears, if they’re able to land him over some other potential suitors. Three-star athlete, and Florida native Lamont Finnie Jr., is a tremendously athletic offensive weapon for his size.

Looking past his size, Finnie Jr. has the speed, agility, and receiving skills to be a valued skill position player in the Baylor offense. Finnie Jr. also has a rather impressive jumping ability that allows him to snatch the ball over taller defending corners.

While Baylor already has a considerable amount of athletes locked up in this class, none are like Finnie Jr. He’s a slippery player that adds a very unique aspect to the structure of Baylor’s offensive attack.

The only issue is snagging him out of some schools a bit closer to home. The three heaviest favorites to land Finnie Jr. are the Louisville Cardinals, Cincinnati Bearcats, and South Florida Bulls. Baylor should be in his top five though when it comes down to it.
