This four-star California product is not only the best prospect left on the board that the Aggies have a chance at getting, he’s also the best four-star recruit that is currently uncommitted in the nation.

Talented Helix High School cornerback Isaac Taylor-Stuart is the fourth best prospect at his position and in the state of California. An Aggies recruiting class that does not feature a single cornerback could really use the boost given by a commitment from Taylor-Stuart.

Although Texas A&M does not lose much in the way of cornerback talent after the 2017 campaign, outside of former transfer defensive back Priest Willis, the Aggies could use another corner in the mix. The SEC West always boasts a strong group of wide receivers, and the Aggies have something to counter that if they land Taylor-Stuart.

Nabbing Taylor-Stuart instantly puts the Aggies in position to finish with a top six class in the SEC, despite the inconsistent results on the recruiting trial since Fisher took over. It’s only a matter of time before the Fisher effect begins for the 2018 Aggies recruiting class.
