2. What are the chances of getting Dax Hollifield?

This is not the first time that Stanford is after a big time North Carolina native that could make a huge difference in the future of the program. Love is a product of Wake Forest-Rolesville High School in Wake Forest, N.C.

Four-star inside linebacker, and Shelby, NC, native Dax Hollifield is among the best at his position that is still uncommitted. If Stanford does manage to land Hollifield, he immediately comes in as the highest-rated prospect in the class.

The favorite to land Hollifield is a school a bit closer to home than Stanford, in the Virginia Tech Hokies. The North Carolina Tar Heels and Clemson Tigers are also likely destinations for Hollifield. But, if he decides to take his talents to the West Coast, then Stanford is the move.

As a top 70 recruit in the nation, and top six at both his position and from North Carolina, Hollifield is a valued prospect to give a host of programs a boost on NSD. Stanford has a defense that is usually strong at the linebacker level. That’s an attractive prospect for a player like Hollifeild.
