Clemson Football: 5 Breakout Players to Watch for in 2018

Clemson Football is once again top ranked going into the new season, and here are five breakout players to watch for in 2018.

Clemson Football ended the 2017 season with the All State Sugar Bowl loss to Alabama. The loss cost the Tigers a shot at another title, but it’s not like they are that far removed from a championship. Clemson did take home the 2017 College Football Playoff National Championship crown.

Clemson has reached the playoff in each of the last three seasons. The Tigers are also three-time defending ACC Champions.

Head Coach Dabo Swinney will go into the 2018 season with a stacked roster. The defense and offense will return 15 combined starters. This can only mean a stronger and experienced team during games, which will also result in another possible college playoff appearance for the Tigers.

Coach Swinney and the Tigers ended their 2017 season with a 12-2 overall record. The Tigers have returning starters, a promising 2018 recruiting class and some all-star players for the new season. Here are the five breakout players to watch for in 2018.
