4. Who steps up as the No. 1 receiver?

Outside of Calvin Ridley, no receiver finished with more than 265 yards for Alabama in 2017. In fact, the All-SEC wide out had 63 receptions for 967 yards and five touchdowns and the next-closes wide out was Jerry Jeudy with 14 receptions for 264 yards and two scores.

Unfortunately for Alabama, Ridley is now moving on to the NFL and that leaves Jeudy, just a sophomore, as the lead returning receiver. While he has plenty of potential, can he step up as the No. 1 target for Tua Tagovailoa and the Tide this coming season?

If this catch is any indication, Jeudy has hands of glue.

Henry Ruggs III is also a top option after catching 12 passes for 229 yards and six touchdowns as a freshman in 2017. Devonta Smith also had a decent freshman season, catching eight passes for 160 yards and three scores. That gives the Tide three sophomores who could stand out as a deadly trio for defenses in the fall. Will they step up this spring and who becomes the No. 1 guy?
