This past year at LSU, D.J. Chark averaged almost 22 yards per catch. That jumped out to NFL scouts, as Chark did so against some of the top corners and secondaries in all of college football in the SEC.

Overall, Chark finished his junior season with 40 receptions for 874 yards and three scores, showing his versatility by carrying the ball another 12 times for 63 yards.

In two-plus seasons in Baton Rouge, Chark had 66 receptions and 25 carries for 1,615 yards with 10 touchdowns. Those numbers might pale in comparison to other NFL prospects, but he did it in a run-first system that lacked a true standout quarterback.

Moving on to the NFL, Chark has the chance to follow in the footsteps of Odell Beckham, Jarvis Landry and Rueben Randle who shined at the next level.
