5. Bennett Moehring

Returning as a starter for the third year in a row, Bennett Moehring hopes to improve on last years disappointing field goal percentage of 53.3. Moehring is among the top kickers in the nation, however due to various injuries, he struggled in 2017.

In his sophomore year, Moehring’s field goal percentage was 80 percent. Therefore, the field goal unit will look to improve on last year’s success rate and have a percentage similar to Moehring’s sophomore season. However, with a long snapper competition, and a new holder, Moehring will need to spend extra time developing a rhythm with the new unit.
