MORE: 5 reasons David Sills V is college football’s best wide receiver
*David Sills V*, Wide Receiver (X) | 94 OVR: There aren’t many receivers in college football with a track record like David Sills. He caught a nation-leading 18 touchdowns a season ago, and is poised to be the best wide receiver in all of football this year. He was named to the preseason All-Big 12 team. Sills deserves an *Impact Player*.
Gary Jennings, Wide Receiver (Y) | 90 OVR: Gary Jennings was the ultimate chain-mover for the WVU offense in 2017. While Sills scored most of the touchdowns, Jennings tortured defenses inbetween the 20s. If he’s capable of turning first downs into touchdowns, Jennings could steal someone’s *Impact Star*.
T.J. Simmons, Wide Receiver (Z) | 81 OVR: After one season at Alabama, Simmons transferred to WVU and was forced to sit out the 2017 season. At 6-foot-2, Simmons should be an easy target for quarterback Will Grier to locate.
Jovani Haskins, Tight End (H) | 79 OVR: Jovani Haskins, like Simmons, transferred to WVU (from Miami) and sat out the 2017 season. The 6-foot-4 tight end should cause match-up problems all over the field and could be a surprise contributor for the Mountaineers.
Key Reserves: Marcus Simms (84), Dominique Maiden (80), Tevin Bush (79)
