Oklahoma Football: How would Sooners be rated if NCAA Football 19 existed?

Oklahoma football must replace Heisman Trophy winner Baker Mayfield in 2018, but Kyler Murray would still be fun to use in a video game, right? Who would be the highest-rated Sooner if NCAA Football 19 existed?

Unfortunately, EA Sports no longer produces college football video games. It’s been five years since their last release – NCAA Football 14 – during the summer of 2013. Luckily, we’ve decided to rate the current college football players, this iteration being of the Oklahoma Sooners.

There’s still a community of online players for the games, but all roster adjustments are custom-made. With Lincoln Riley at the helm of the OU football program for another season, the Sooners are projected to win the Big 12. What would their roster look like if this were NCAA Football 19?

Who will be a top-rated performer and earn the coveted “Impact Player” star? Can an unknown burst onto the scene and become a Sooner fan-favorite? We’ll start by taking a look at the Sooners’ defense, more specifically – the defensive line.
