Defensive Line

Mike Stoops remains the defensive coordinator in Norman and with him is a deep, experienced front four. Oklahoma returns seven letter-winners from last season’s College Football Playoff team and continues to use the 4-2-5 defense.

Kenneth Mann, Defensive End | 81 OVR: Kenneth Mann has played in 21 career games with the Sooners, working from a special teams contributor to a possible full-time starter in 2018. He set a career-high in sacks last season with five.

Amani Bledsoe, Defensive Tackle | 83 OVR: Amani Bledsoe has played in 16 career games, starting half of those contests. He was much more productive his second season, and could really blossom as a pass-rusher with his 6-foot-5 frame with another offseason to get better.

Marquise Overton, Nose Tackle | 88 OVR: Marquise Overton is the perfect defensive tackle. At 6-foot-1, 315 lbs., the senior from Tulsa controls the front line well. He led all Sooner linemen in tackles last season with 43.

Addison Gumbs, Defensive End | 84 OVR: Addison Gumbs only played in four games as a true freshman, but his Top-100 status as a recruit keeps him in high regard. Standing 6-foot-3 and weighing 253-pounds, Gumbs” potential is off the charts. If you’re a Dynasty player, Gumbs will earn an “Impact Player” star before long.

Key Reserves (overall): Ronnie Perkins (82), Dillon Faamatau (81), Neville Gallimore (80)
