Clemson Football will be looking to get back into the College Football Playoff for the fourth straight year.
Dabo Swinney‘s national championship wasn’t a fluke behind the heroics of DeShaun Watson. Instead, he’s turned the Tigers into one of the most consistently dominant programs in the country.
Last year the Tigers had the No. 1 seed in a rematch of the 2016 Championship game but were handled easily by the Crimson Tide. Besides the loss to Alabama, the Tigers had a scare against NC State and were upset by Syracuse on the road. Still, they reached the College Football Playoff once again and were a few wins away from another title.
Other than that they handled the rest of their opponents easily, and finished last season with another excellent recruiting class.
