Colorado should be a tricky game for the Trojans. If you expect USC to come in a little flat after beating Arizona you will be wrong. Even though it’s a home game Colorado will get out to an early lead after a mistake in the secondary.

More from USC Trojans

In last year’s game, the Trojans ran the ball 38 times for 193 yards. The offense will revolve around Stephen Carr and he should have another good game as he pushes his way into the Heisman discussion.

I really expect JT Daniels to throw the ball a lot early in the game to help the Trojans get out of the early hole. A three-touchdown performance against a pretty solid Colorado defense would be the best-case scenario for USC.

Colorado has only won six road games in five seasons under Mike MacIntyre. After they get out to that early lead the offense will continue to sputter for the rest of the game and be shut out from the second quarter on.

It will be another big win for USC as they hope to keep the momentum going in conference play.

Prediction: Colorado 10, USC 49 (6-0, 4-0 Pac-12)
