Missouri was a bowl team a season ago in Barry Odom’s second season as head coach and the Tigers may be headed for even more improvement in 2018.

In Odom’s first season, the Tigers went just 4-8. In his second season, they were 7-6. If he keeps that same pace, Missouri will win at least 9-10 games in 2018. While that’s not all that likely, the Tigers will be around the 7-8 win mark.

With Drew Lock back at quarterback, the Razorbacks will be on alert as the aerial attack may be the best they’ve seen to this point in the year. Lock is one of the most underrated passers in the country and he’ll be able to put up 300-plus yards on this vulnerable Arkansas secondary. He will also have some key returning receivers back such as Emanuel Hall and Johnathan Johnson. Moreover, his entire offensive line is back.

Arkansas will keep pace with the Tigers, but the home-field advantage will be a major factor here.

Expect Cole Kelley to throw a couple of back-breaking interceptions late in this one to an experience duo of cornerbacks.
