Arkansas Football: Game-by-game predictions for 2018 season
Ole Miss is the final game in a tough four-game stretch which features one true home game and at this point, the Razorbacks may be winded and looking for answers.
Chad Morris will round his guys up after a brutal loss to Alabama at home and inject some life into them with a fiery, emotional pep talk. It may work, it may not, but his guys will come out with more energy against Ole Miss in Little Rock — another neutrally-located game.
Ole Miss and Auburn will go back-and-forth in shootout fashion as Cole Kelley and Jordan Ta’amu trade blows. The only major difference in this one will be the fact that the Razorbacks have a viable run option as the Rebels ranked 104th nationally on the ground a year ago. Arkansas will be able to key in on the pass and shut down the run, too.
Devwah Whaley will be able to rack up his first 200-yard game of the season and Kelley will go for over 300 yards as the Razorbacks get some confidence back with a big win over the Rebels.
Final Score: Arkansas 38, Ole Miss 34 (4-3, 1-3 SEC)
